2. What We Cover

Defective/Damaged Items – If your item arrives flawed or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

 Wrong Item Shipped – Let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.
Exchange for Size/Color – Available if the item is unused and returned in original condition.

3. What We Don’t Cover

 Change of Mind – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Used, Stained, or Altered Items – No refunds/exchanges if the product shows wear or damage after delivery.
 Final Sale Items – Discounted/custom-made products are non-refundable.
